A hotel rooftop Bar, located in Omonia square in the Terrace of Luwian hotel with Acropolis View, serving Asian and Mediterranean cuisine
At the Bronze Restaurant, the cocktail menu features names inspired by the Luwian (ancient language) and other Eastern countries inhabited by the Luwians during the Bronze Age. The flavors of the cocktails follow the same philosophy as our dishes, combining ingredients from the East and the Mediterranean.
Our Executive Chef, Tania Kosmeli
Our Chef , Tania Kosmeli , was born and raised in Athens and her roots come from Micrasia. From a very young age , she knew that cooking was her big love & passion , so she made her studies at Lemonde Institut and continued with her Bachelor in Culinary Arts in Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon , France.
Her love for Asian culture led her to work with the best Sushi Chefs in Greece & learn how to combine her 2 big loves , Asian & Mediterranean cuisine. In Bronze Restaurant , she combines Greek , local , seasonal products with Asian culture.
Since 2014 , she has had leading positions in International Hotel chains & Restaurants , all over Europe.
